Booking direct with Banks Howe - Booking Conditions
- Banks Howe bed and breakfast rates:
For a double room rate is £32 per person;
For 3 nights plus £30;
Weekly £205 per person;
A single supplement of £8 is charged. - Please confirm your booking by completing and returning both copies of the Booking Form signed and completed together with the specified deposit. No booking will be confirmed until we have received the form and deposit, and we have notified you of the acceptance of the booking in writing.
- A deposit of £25.00 per person is payable at the time of booking and this is your booking fee. If we are unable to accept your booking this fee will be returned in full.
- The balance of the monies due is payable on the day before your departure.
- In the event of you cancelling your booking within seven days of arrival your booking fee with be forfeited. We strongly suggest you take out holiday insurance to cover the eventuality. Any cancellation made less than a month before the holiday is due may be charged at 2/3rd of the original price.
- If there should be any cause for complaint or accidental damage this must be reported to the Owner immediately otherwise the matter cannot be fully investigated. It is too late to report it after the holiday. We want you to enjoy your holiday on the Island. If we can help in any way please contact us.
- No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during your holiday to the Tenant or any member of the party, or invited person or any vehicle and its contents or any possession of the Tenant or any member of the party. Any liability on the part of the Owners to any Client arising in any way out of the booking shall be limited to actual amount paid by the Client and shall in no case include any consequential loss or damage.
